Community Foundations Recently Formed
The J. A. Wedum Foundation believes that a community foundation can significantly benefit a community and enhance community life. We have concluded that helping a community to create its own community foundation is an excellent way for our foundation to fulfill our mission “to positively change and improve people’s lives in the spirit of stewardship and generosity”. The J.A. Wedum Foundation has provided guidance in the formation and financial support to assist in establishing the following community foundations:
Greater Nicollet Area Community Foundation
Brooten Foundation
Greater Crosslake Area Foundation
Greater Lake City Community Foundation
